Management buyout completed by Europ Assistance UK

Europ Assistance has now become an independent company after a recent management buyout. Europ Assistance Holdings will offer a range of assistance and insurance related services.
The company have stated that they will continue to offer full underwriting services against all existing lines of busniness and they are set to retain access to Europ Assistance Group’s worldwide network. Future plans will allow for much greater flexibility in order to focus on the development of innovative and new solutions.
Patrick Leroy of Europ Assistance says, “The new structure will enable us to continue to support our existing clients and gives us the flexibility to develop new and innovative services.”
